Mojito El Metteko Anspach Brussels

First Mojito review.

First we got sozzled in an o'reillys irish bar. How typical, right?

El Metteko do happy (2) hour between 2300 and 0100 7 days a week and all cocktails are only 5 EUR.

The mojoito has plenty of sugar, not enough mint and could do with double the rum.

But in an otherwise expensive Brussels, I'd recommend El Metteko for its atmosphere, friendly staff (fluent in English, even if you try French) and good drinks.

Sofitel luxembourg europe (5 star)

After a 500 mile drive, we arrived late and tired at the sofitel luxembourg europe, a 5* hotel close to Findel airport and the banking district, a few miles from the city centre.

It looks like some kind of shopping mall inside (see at bottom).

Food is reasonable and drinks are reasonably priced. We had a taster menu (incl foie gras and confit duck) which was reasonable but then you'd expect that for 30EUR for tiny portions!

No mojitos tonight but that's because we've a free minibar.....

Bon nuit.

Sofitel luxembourg europe 6.5/10
Polite staff, clean and tidy rooms, reasonable facilities. Dated appearance and sub standard food quality.
